What's going on with this Fhx Express Couriers Uk? Is this lotary legal or what?

I recieved a mail from Yahoo!!! and I was anounced as a winner of an amount of 500,000 pounds... As they presented Yahoo as the company that organized this lotary it was realy convincing till the time I was asked to pay for the cheque delivery the Fhx Express Couriers Uk ltd. I checked for the existence of this company and found nothing.
