think about it this way, if he acts like this to you and has a girlfriend, what makes you think he won't do this to another girl if you become his girlfriend? He's probably bored with his current girlfriend and looking for fun, remember you're the 'other girl' and when it comes down to it, he's going to pick his girlfriend over you, so make sure they break up for awhile before you make a move.
