Ovulation and twinging on opposite side?

I'm PCOS, seeing fertility specialist...Ovulated from left ovary (per internal ultrasound)...He saw 2 large eggs about to drop, gave me HCG shot to get the ball rolling....Anyway felt the O, but now 6DPO have some light twinging on right side from time to time. If I ovulated from left side, why am I feeling twinging on right side of uterus. Thanks for any input..
