Aren’t Republicans a tad bit hypocritical when it comes to…?

Hmmm... I think that it's hypocritical for the Democrats to enable "African Americans" (I use this term loosely because most are born here and there are even quite a few whose decendants do not come from Africa nor are they duel citizens of an African country and America) to stay on welfare, medicaid and other government istance instead of re-structuring the education and jobs in the area that has a higher "African American" population.
