Are people that answer a question by simply accusing the asker that the question is in the wrong category ...?

my question is how can you be bothered writing all this to ask that.. its not even that bad. whats bad is when i ask about home business idea and i specifically say i don't want any online surveys and some idiots give me surveys as an answer. i don't know if its spam or people just don't read the questions and just write whatever to get points.
