Where to buy premade lattices?

Some of the fencing surrounding our house has an open, criss-crossed lattice on top. Now, we want to add that kind of lattice to the rest of the fences, without replacing the entire fence. Where can you buy premade lattices that are meant to be added to the top of an existing fence?
