Should i let my boyfriend know i am ticklish?

my boyfriend Jake and I play a honesty game with each other and this week the question is are you ticklish, i am VERY VERY ticklish and i HATE it! My past boyfriend took this as an opurtunity to tickle me. and i hated it! but i really like this guy and i dnt kno if i should telll him the truth.
