Medical Coding Question?

Before this question can be properly answered, I need a some more information. What kind of insurance do they have, there are different coding requirements for Medicare. For the MRI, what kind of MRI was done? A full body, or a cerebral. Did they do a cardiac enzyme for the EKG? These will narrow the focus a bit so that the proper codes can be found.
