How can i make my bf stop shaving?

okk so me and my bf jon havent gone ALL the way yet, so its been a problem lately and i want to surprise him with a little something. and i like "everything" natural! and when i asked him too he refused. WHAT CAN I DO? because i want to get it on..................very VERY SOON. please and thank you.
