Why Tumkur city is still not developing?

Tumkur city in Tumkur district just 70 kms from Bangalore city is still underdeveloped.You can't find any roads nor drainage system in this place.Lots of robbery is going on in this city due to unemployed.Politics are here of no use at all, they are uneducated fellows.They do not no to read nor write.They just want to make money and nothing else.There are no IT companies here nor any Large scale industries because there is no well developed facilities like water,roads nor drainage system.Even public are struggling for this purpose from the decade.More than 800 application from industrialist people apply for ,to set up the factories but government officers and politicians are not giving permissions due to poor facilities available here.Public is struggling like anything.Lot of corruption is going on in this city but the Govt. is taking nothing care about it.Malaria and other harmful diseases is spreading like anything and the people are dieing with this cause.Deputy Commissioner and Politicians are useless fellows in this regard.Suitable action should be taken against them.
