Mistakenly drinking after someone I noticed had a cold sore...can I get it that fast?

A coworker left her coffee container (Starbucks) in my office about two weeks ago and I accidently picked it up thinking that it was mine but I drink tea and it was coffee. I immediately spit it out and threw it away. When I saw her later that day I noticed that she had a cold sore and I freaked out....now I have a small bump on my lip and it hurts, am I overreacting and freaking myself out or is it possible to get this so quickly? The bump is intact but I don't know....I am not prone to bumps.
