I own both. WoW is a thousand times better but Guild Wars is a lot of fun! ( I'm actually not sure if you can fish in it though) After level 20 you can still kind of level up to get more skill points, and you can even do quests to get more skills. But still I prefer WoW (especially with Cataclysm coming out) but if you need to save money try Guild Wars because it's a pay once kind of thing. Also if your looking for some new unique character cles Guild Wars has some cool ones like Dervish ( you need one of the expansion packs though)
