How do i Deal with a crazy *** 26yr old x soldier that i go to school with? ?

appearantly this guy did some kind of narcotics before so hes already a little unstable from the withdrawl. He likes to yell at me and my cusin for stupid little reasons withought approaching us about it first and makes it very public. other than that he is pretty lax.
