Had a really bad trip on shrooms help...?

Hey ppl, did mushrooms for the first time the other night in my mates house, was a wicked experience i was really chilled watching a film. But then i decided to take them again two nights after but we decided to park up in my car for the trip out in the countryside, my mate was bored as he didnt feel the mushrooms second time around, he began to become really annoying as the shrooms kicked in like scaring me and stuff, and all of a sudden i came over funny and started to get hot and parnoid, this carryed on for bout an hour but i was in and out of trying to get myself relaxed, more of my friends turned up (not on shrooms) and it made me feel even more uncomfortable, i was being sick and felt like just going home and saying to my mum "please help me i have taken mushrooms and i want it to go away" but i new big trouble if i did that so i just bared it out... any ideas why all this happened or how i could have stopped it and yes NOT taking them again lol....
