Do you think this Thanksgiving menu offers enough to eat for a vegetgarian guest?

There is something called "Tofurkey"...a turkey made out of tofu.....add that for the substitue for your turkey. Your menu sounds great....yum. Go to Google.com and see where you can purchase it...Trader Joe's carries it, I know.
