Can i use a usb memory stick as a wireless adapter for a pc?

I have a 2GB USB memory stick and i don't want to spend a lot of money on a wireless adapter i was think i could somehow use my memory stick as an wireless adapter is that possible? and how do you do it if it is? Thanks Rory
